Keith Johnson
President
Keith Johnson joined the CASA of Caroline Board of Directors in 2022 and serves as President. His professional experience includes 24 years of public service as a United States Marine and Maryland State Trooper, including service as a Domestic Violence Coordinator and Criminal Investigator.

Jeanne Rowe
Secretary
Jeanne Rowe joined the CASA of Caroline Board of Directors in 2011 after serving for five years as a CASA Volunteer Advocate. She brings more than 20 years of experience in the insurance industry and continues her service to CASA of Caroline as Board Secretary.

Jo Ann Staples
Director Emeritus
Jo Ann Staples served as CASA of Caroline’s first Executive Director from 2003–2008 and joined the Board of Directors in 2019. She brings extensive knowledge of the child welfare system from her years as a social worker with the Caroline County Department of Social Services and a long history of community service in Caroline County.
